The importance of Group (Corporate) Retirement Plans has never been greater. The traditional defined benefit plans (pensions) of yesterday are no longer being offered by companies.

- Should we include or exclude a loan provision?
- Does the plan want to have an Employer match?
- What happens if the company has an off year?
We look at these plans from both the Employees and Employers perspectives. We look at the internal fees of your current plan, as well as discuss the adjustment or addition of plan provisions. We also offer and strongly recommend adding the Roth 401(k) provision to plans, which includes after-tax contributions as well as pre-tax benefits.
